One For The Road
Campaign by Brain Tumour Research (RCN England and Wales 1153487, Scotland SC046840)
One For The Road, has been set up in memory of Charlotte Hobbs, wife, mother, daughter & friend to many. Our aim is to support research into brain tumours so that other families don't have to go through the heartache that we have had to go through.

Story

In memory of her mum, Catrin is completing 100 star jumps a day throughout November.

In 2021, despite being in a middle of chemotherapy cycle, and coming down with Covid, Charlotte demonstrated her incredible bravery and completed the same challenge (always with a smile on her face and assisted by Catrin!).

Catrin is now going to relive this achievement!

Charlotte was an inspiration. Wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, her vivacious, bubbly and kind personality meant she was loved by so many. In memory of Charlotte, 'One For The Road', has been set up to raise much needed awareness of brain tumours and financial aid for Brain Tumour Research.

Charlotte showed incredible courage and determination whilst fighting this cruel disease, but always had her beautiful, infectious smile on her face. We have chosen to fundraise in Charlotte's name as she did through so many charitable feats.

Please support this event as much as you are able to.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
