It is now coming up to 10 years since my brother Malcolm died suddenly with no warning of a Heart Attack, at the age of 55. It was like any other Sunday morning Malcolm got up first and about an hour or so later Jen his wife got up only to find him dead on the kitchen floor. He left a wife and 3 children devastated. With the 10th anniversary coming up I thought it was about time I did something in his memory and to raise awareness of heart disease.
