Camp boggy creek is a special place where children with chronic illnesses can go and meet other children going through the same issues . Alexis and Taylor both attending this camp for approximately 6 years and it brought them so much joy, compassion, friendships and memories. I also attended family weekends for no charge as well where I was able to discuss daily issues I had run into with other parents that was priceless to me. I played side by side with my daughters and saw why they revered this camp with such high regard. Alexis is now a volunteer counselor to see that other child have the same joyful experience she encountered while attending as a camper .

COvid has cost the camp many supporters and it is lessening the activities they can offer the children . This hurts my heart because those activities were such awesome experiences for the campers.
