Story
The link between our physical health and mental health is important for all of us. We want to celebrate National Fitness Day 18th September 2024 through a week of physical activities and challenges that everyone can get involved in.
We want as many of our services as possible to run sponsored events to raise funds for Sport In Mind a National Charity that embodies the benefits of being active through sport, to increase mental health and well-being.
Some of our sites are already gearing up to do rowathons, cycling and walking challenges. Join us and have so much fun!
Sport In Mind provide in-reach to services facilitating activities such as yoga and Tai Chi, as well as many community events including football, walks and tennis.
