Story

In June last year, the Kingsley Gate UK team was rocked by the tragic news that our beloved Project Manager, Natalie, had lost her baby girl just before birth.

The death of a baby before birth is undoubtedly just as painful as losing a child of any other age and, alarmingly, the rate of stillbirth has hardly decreased since 1990. It often happens without warning or explanation and there is still so much more that can be done.

Natalie named her beautiful daughter, Olive, and it is in her name that I would like to raise money for Action Medical; a leading charitable organisation that funds vital research to investigate the causes of stillbirth and ultimately try and prevent it from happening.

In June this year, I will be cycling from London to Paris and will have just 3 days to cover a distance of 510km. Not a small undertaking for a slightly overweight, amateur bon viveur who turns 55 in July!

Please give what you can and thank you for your support.
