I will be cycling for this cause. This comprises not just the 4 days in October between London and Newcastle, but has started for me long before, as I had to train for months to get into shape to have a shot at being able to complete it. A personal challenge to get fit again, in the gym, on the road, running, cycling, swimming, many hours starting from almost scratch.
