The Eve Appeal is holding Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month to help raise money that could prevent gynaecological cancers.

Every day in the UK 60 women and people with gynae organs are diagnosed with a gynaecological cancer. An early diagnosis can save lives. Your donation could help fund research into better and more effective ways of diagnosing gynaecological cancers.

And this fundraiser is aimed at you! (Even if you are not a woman or someone with gynae organs)

A chance to rest, in the middle of the day, with a practice which has been around for thousands of years. Yoga nidra can give you a restorative break in the day, allowing the body to recalibrate, the emotions to settle and the mind to calm the usual chatter. And all while you do nothing but be comfortable and cosy.
