Story
This Christmas more families than ever will need the support of a foodbank. Over the past 3 years, Cruden’s annual foodbank drive has generated tens of thousands of pounds of non-perishable food items and cash donations for communities across Central Scotland. This year, as the cost-of-living crisis continues to impact families and children in ways unimaginable to many of us, we will once again be lending our support to the Trussell Trust and its network of local foodbanks.
Please help us help those who need it most. Donations of food parcels containing any of the non-perishable items noted below can be dropped off at any of our sites, sales suites or offices for onward distribution to local Trussell Trust foodbanks by our dedicated team. All donations are hugely appreciated and gratefully received up to Tuesday 12th December. Alternatively, if you can, please make a cash donation here.
Non-perishable food items needed:
• Milk (UHT or powdered)
• Long life fruit juice
• Tins of soup/ tinned tomatoes
• Pasta/pasta sauces
• Breakfast cereals
• Tea bags/jars of coffee
• Instant mashed potato
• Rice
• Tinned meat/fish
• Tinned rice pudding/sponge pudding
• Biscuits/chocolates
• Festive goodies
Together we can support our local communities and make a difference this Christmas.
