My fabulous mum and her sister passed away in Dougie Mac last year after receiving the most fantastic care from the Community team and the Inpatient Unit. The Hospice is funded mainly through the kindness of the community and I wanted to fundraise as an appreciation of the care my mum and her sister received. Doing a skydive has NEVER been an ambition of mine and I will truly be terrified however the date of Sky Dive is the day before what would have been my mums 85th birthday which feels very appropriate.
