Story

This is going to be a big challenge for a load of "Old Girls" so please give generously! The COGS would really appreciate any donations, as we have 3 teams walking nearly 13 miles from Arsenal to QPR.

We would like to raise as much as we can for this charity which we have supported before. The research into MND is so important and the following COGS will be taking to the streets rather than the pitch to raise much needed funds.

Our team of COGS are:

Carol Bates, Sandra Rees, Ellie Setters, Kerry Read, Zoe Penn, Naomi Barrett

Pauline Maddocks, Erica Bush, Kerry Jinks, Kim Joselyn, Julie Mowbray, Karen Page

Charlotte Mumford, Nikki Morton, Lisa Mancey, Nicola Yates, Clare Gorman, Karen Glover

We are going to need the pub at the end of this! PLEASE SPONSOR US!

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On March 21-23, over 500 walkers will be taking part in March of the Day II, a 176 mile walk from Wembley Stadium to Ipswich Town in support of Marcus Stewart, Stephen Darby and the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation. Our route will see us call at 25 other football stadia along the 56 hour route.

The Foundation has three main aims

- Raise awareness if MND

- Support those families facing the MND battle

- Fund important research into a cure

Your donations are hugely appreciated. More information can be found at https://www.redwoodevents.co.uk/march-of-the-day-2025/
