Over the next 12 months i will be competing in a number of activities, these range from a 10k run, an ultra marathon and a 24 relay swim plus many many more events.

All of these activities are to raise funds for Cancer Hair Care. This is a charity that is personal to me which i will share more details about at a later date.

Cancer Hair Care is a specialist cancer charity offering FREE expert advice on all aspects of hair loss before, during and after cancer treatments.

Help is on-hand in person, over the telephone and on-line through our pamper and salon mornings, in-hospital clinics and friendly website.

Our Happy Heads and Gigs & Wigs services offer support to children and teenagers facing hair loss at a critical time in their life, giving them confidence when they need it most. As we rely 100% on donations, your support means so much, thank you.
