Story

Last year, I challenged myself to complete my first 10K, and the experience was incredibly empowering. This year, I've set my sights on an even greater goal - conquering a half marathon! Alongside my colleagues at Swansea University, we're rallying behind the cause of Making Strides for Mental Health/Camau Breision dros Iechyd Meddwl. On June 9th, 2024, we'll be taking on the Swansea Half Marathon to raise vital funds and awareness for this important initiative. My target amount is £250, and every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in supporting mental health. Join us in making strides towards a brighter future for all those impacted by mental health challenges.
