my son Thomas is participating in a football match at Elland Road home of Leeds United on the 14th June

We are hoping to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Society to help with funding specialist nurses who help families through the trauma of loved ones whom have Alzheimer’s or dementia

This charity is close to our hearts as my mum and toms grandma suffers with Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia and whom is now on palliative care , and has lost most of her mobility .
