Story
We are raising funds for Cornwall Cats Protection, to include our: Cornwall Adoption Centre, Falmouth & Helston Branch, St.Austell & District Branch, Launceston & District Branch and Plymouth & District Branch.
This competition is live from 9am Saturday 16th March until 9pm Sunday 16th June and the winner will be announced (by random selection) on Cats Protection: Cornwall Adoption Centre Facebook page at 9am on Monday 17th June.
Tickets are £2.00 each, you can buy as many tickets as you like for multiple entries and for an increased chance of winning this fantastic prize:

Please note your flight must be redeemed between 29th July and 3rd August
Please allow Just Giving to share your email address with us, as this is how we will send your raffle numbers to you.
Please do not add Gift Aid to your payment as this can not be claimed for raffles.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The draw will take place on Monday 17th June 2024. All funds raised will be shared between Cats Protection Cornwall Adoption Centre, Falmouth & District Branch, St.Austell Branch, Launceston & District Branch and Plymouth & Rame Branch. Registered Charity 203644 (England and Wales) SC037711 (Scotland)
2. Promoter: Michaela Fletcher, Cats Protection, National Cat Centre, Chelwood Gate, Lewes Road, Haywards Heath, RH17 7TT.
3. The raffle is registered under The Gambling Act 2005 with Wealden District Council, Shared Environmental Health Service, Rother District Council, Town Hall, Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex TN39 3JX.
4. This raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain only (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
5. The cost of each ticket is £2.00.
6. Gift Aid cannot be claimed on the sale of raffle tickets and is in breach of HMRC regulations. Any ticket purchases with Gift Aid added will be cancelled and refunded.
7. Tickets are not to be sold to, or by any person under the age of 18 years old. If you suspect someone may be under the age of 18, then you should request proof of age. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 they will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit their prize.
8. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.
9. Tickets are not to be sold on the street or door-to-door.
10. Any money received after the arbitrary closing date Sunday 16th June 2024 including late entries will be treated as a donation to help fund the work of Cats Protection and will not be refundable or eligible for the draw.
11. Winners will be notified via email within three weeks of the draw. A list of winners will also be published on: https://www.facebook.com/CornwallAdoptionCentre
12. The result of the draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 21 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. If tickets are purchased online, you must ensure you follow the instructions and tick the box to say we can view your email address. Any payments received where this box hasn’t been ticked will be treated as general donations because we have no way of contacting you.
15. No responsibility is taken if raffle numbers are sent using an email as supplied, if they are not received.
16. Participants purchasing tickets using Just Giving, subject to terms and conditions, will receive emailed confirmation of their ticket numbers within 72 hours.
17. The deadline for entries on the Just Giving site is Sunday 16th June 2024.
18. Cats protection reserves the right to use the winner’s name for promotional purposes.
19. Donations made not in equal pounds will be rounded down to the nearest £1 when calculating number of competition entries. E.g if you donate £2.80 you will receive one entry into the draw with the remainder being treated as a donation.
20. Cats Protection respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide, will remain private and will only be used for the purposes of the raffle unless you give permission otherwise.
