Hey all!!!!
For anyone who doesn't already know; Yes, I (Ella) like a Parkrun and yes it became my personality trait for a while (arguably still is). So why not fulfill my late 20's stereotype dream and sign up for a Half Marathon & also raise money for a very important charity at the same time, wooo!
Here are a few quotes from Courtney when he was trying to persuade me to agree;
"The course is really pretty... and flat"
"You get a lot of cool free stuff at the end"
"It's not that much harder than a 5k"
Well folks, stay tuned to see if any of this is actually true...
Also, the reason we're all doing this is to represent and raise money for Mind.
It's truly alarming the number of people who have been directly affected by mental health struggles or have seen a loved one go through difficult times.
Mind do amazing things to offer support and advice, and fight your corner. It's so important to have these facilities to reach out as it can affect us all at random times.
