The Children's Society is a national charity on a mission to turn around the worrying decline in young people's wellbeing. Our Time for Young People Hubs provide open-access support right when young people need it: no waitlist, no fixed appointment times, and delivered in community settings young people actually want to visit. Our goal is to open more Hubs until every young person has access to this kind of support to help prevent them from getting to crisis point.

This special edition of the much-loved Country Roots Jam will bring together an afternoon of amazing music with messages of hope for the next generation. Come along to enjoy the Jam event you know and love, with a big injection of extra meaning and impact!
