For any of you that know me well, you will know that fitness was never at the forefront of my life. However having gone down the cancer road a few times I’m grateful to have come out on the good side and now feel healthier, stronger and more determined than ever.

ABC Gym has been a real part of this, helping me physically and mentally and I’m very grateful to all the Team there.

All raised funds are going to The Irish Cancer Society who provide vital services, support, and research that can change lives.
