We have decided to take on the challenge of completing London Landmarks Half Marathon in April, whilst raising money for an incredible charity, F.A.I.R.

We all know the ‘Big Two’: Type 1 diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis. There are, however, over 80 types of Autoimmune diseases that affect millions of people, every day. These diseases can affect anybody, at any time during their life, often resulting in a dramatic and permanent life adjustment. We think it's really important to share the message and help to raise funds at the same time to continue to support the work that F.A.I.R does.

F.A.I.R is a charity close to Robyn's family's hearts - one of her close family friends was diagnosed at the age of 10 with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, which has led to her family creating the F.A.I.R charity with her father and auntie being one of the trustees.

All of your support is massively appreciated and will help to keep us motivated through our training over the next few months!
