Jordan was one of my closest friends, a person I never envisaged my life without...
He was loyal, generous, and had the most infectious laugh. A truly unique character who was always there when I needed him most.
Underneath the surface, Jordan constantly battled with his mental health, a struggle that only his family and closest friends were aware of and very few, if any, understood the full extent of.
Despite their desperate and continuous pleas for help, his family desperately struggled to secure help, advice and guidance for Jordan - with minimal success from the traditional avenues of support.
Until the discovery of Adferiad (previously Hafal), this battle was fruitless - however the charity were instrumental in aiding Jordan's plight and putting him on a path to recovery.
Despite the outcome of Jordan's struggle being the worst that anyone could imagine, the memory that he leaves behind has shaped and is treasured by all who had the honour of meeting him.
Myself, Jordan's family and friends are travelling to gather at Langar Airfield in Nottingham on Sunday 25th of February to participate in a charity skydive, the weekend after what would have been Jordan's 26th birthday.
All skydives have been paid by each member personally, therefore ALL donations are going directly to the charity, Adferiad.
Thank you for any donations you can give to support this amazing charity. Their work and efforts towards helping Jordan were invalauble and provided him with a semblance of control and clarity about his situation, as well as supporting his family both in his recovery, and through their darkest days.
