Year 5 Charity Week 2024, 8 February 2024
We provide social palliative support to the families of seriously-ill children

Story

Rainier managed to last the WHOLE day without speaking a single word - a huge celebratory cheer was had at the gates once they opened!!

Cotopaxi thoroughly enjoyed their jumping challenge and made some swift transitions between jumpers.

Salcantay continuously kept the ball moving all day with very stressful but fun 10 second passovers.

Denali had an eggselent day! They are eggstatic that they managed to scramble around the school but they are now all fried!

Year 5 at CJS has chosen different activities to complete on Thursday 8th February. Rainier will be completing a sponsored silence, Denali a sponsored egg on spoon, Salcantay a sponsored throw and catch and Cotopaxi a sponsored jump.

Sebastian's Action Trust supports families of seriously-ill children, walking alongside them from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond. They provide emotional, practical and social support to more than 600 families who have life-limited or life-threatened children. They support the whole family in the community, in the family home and at their two centres (Basingstoke and Crowthorne).

"We can't add days to lives, but we can - and do - add life to days."
