Story

I've been talked into taking on the 2024 ASICS London 10K in support of the incredible charity I'm proud to work for. While many of you may breeze through a 10k run, I am definitely not a natural runner! So, wish me luck and if you can, please consider making a donation to help QEF continue providing person-centered, expert services that enable disabled adults and children to live as independently as possible.

You can find out more about what QEF does at www.qef.org.uk

And if you're local and up for a run, let me know if you fancy joining me in my attempts to train for it!

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity, making it the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
