I'm joining Cat and Clare, as well as Tim and Julian, at the West Hants Club, on Wednesday, December 4th. We're going to be riding our spin bikes for 12-hours continuously, in order to raise money for Dorset Mind.

I would genuinely welcome any possible donation, so please do try to dig a little bit into your pockets

Dorset Mind provide a wide range of much needed care and support services to adults and children (and their respective families), who are affected by mental health issues.

As a local charity, they have supported Dorset’s communities for over 75 years. They rely heavily on donations, goodwill and the efforts of so many volunteers to keep their services going. So any donation will really make a difference.
