Story
Callums story is one of courage and bravery.
Callum was born with a very condition called Bladder Extrophy with Epispadius which will unfortunately affect aspects of daily life for him.
In his short 1.5 years of life, callum has underwent 3 operations, including an extensive 12 hour surgery which involved a 5 week stay in manchester childrens hospital. Operations, scans and appointments will now be part of callums life for the forseable future.
Life has be incredibly difficult for us a family and trying to stay positive has been a struggle at times to say the least but callums determination and sunny disposition has pulled us all through. He’s truely our inspiration.
We are incredibly grateful for callums team at manchester childrens hospital and to this charity as without both of these callum wouldn’t be able to thrive like he is today.
So on April 14th colin will compete in the manchester mararthon to raise much needed awareness and funds for this amazing charity which will provide the lifelong support callum and other extrophy children will need and which the most certainly deserve.
We know times are tough and there are lots of fundraisers on the go but we would be so unbelievably grateful if you could donate to this wonderful cause
