This holiday season, we invite you to be a part of something truly special - caring for vulnerable families in Calgary with your generous support.

From November 1 to December 20, 2024 - we will be collecting donations either in person or online. We are also hosting our Third Annual "Train/Torture Your Trainer/Therapist" on Friday December 6th at 5 PM at Suite #230, 508 24th Ave SW - Coalition/Vital/Method location in Mission, Calgary. Sign up sheets to "buy" your trainer/therapist will be posted in our clinic/gym.

Your donation will make a meaningful difference as we provide gift cards to parents and caregivers, empowering them with the freedom to choose what their families truly need. By doing so, you'll be offering not just physical gifts but the gift of autonomy and dignity to these families during a time that matters the most.

Through your kindness, portions of each gift will also be allocated to Seasons of Hope, a cause that continues to care for families throughout the year. Additionally, your contribution will help cover the essential administrative costs of the program, ensuring that every dollar goes directly towards making a positive impact on the lives of these families.
