Story
Most of you know that I have lived with IC for many years and it has greatly impacted my and Lee's lives. The ICA was the first organization I turned to for help when I was initially diagnosed. They helped me find a doctor who helped me regain my life.
My passion for the ICA led me to becoming a board member, then Vice Chair, and now Chair of the Board of Directors. I am incredibly proud to be a part of the ICA as they reach their 40th Anniversary! Without the ICA, many patients wouldn't have the support and education they need as they deal with this chronic disease that has no cure, and research and funding would be far behind where it is today. Today, I am asking for your help.
In honor of the 40th birthday of the ICA, we have set a goal to raise $40,000. Thanks to an amazing supporter, we have $20,000 to match! So, we're already halfway there! I am asking you to please consider a gift of $40 to support the organization that means so much to me and has made such a huge difference in my life, in Lee's life, and in the lives of millions of patients in the US.
If you are unable to give or don't wish to do so, I truly would appreciate your prayers and thoughts that one day, I and other IC patients no longer have to live with this disease.
