Next April Freya and I will be running the London Marathon in support of RedRUK and their Ukraine Emergency Appeal. The war in Ukraine is affecting millions of innocent people. Lives are being lost, homes destroyed, and families torn apart. The situation in Ukraine is constantly evolving, but already The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) estimates that refugees fleeing Ukraine number in the hundreds of thousands.
