Me and my lovely sisters (Helen and Ruth) are taking on the challenge of completing 5000 squats this November to help families affected by motor neurone disease.

Our amazing dad Andrew was diagnosed with MND last summer (in 2023) and he has been so courageous in the fight against the disease. Unfortunately MND is a terminal illness, which has changed his life and shortened it considerably. It is heartbreaking and has had a huge impact on our family. We hope he keeps fighting it as long as possible.

Whether you can donate £5 or £500, every penny counts in the fight against MND. The money raised will provide care and support for people living with MND and their families and carers. It will also fund vital research to help better understand the disease and bring us closer to finding a cure.
