Hampton Pool celebrates its centenary year with #100 challenges .
My Challenge is to do 100 reps of 100 gym exercises in 30 days.
No two exercises will be the same!
And when I say 100 reps, I mean 100 reps for each arm and/or leg. None of the 50 left plus 50 right nonsense!!
This will amount to 10,000 reps, bigger biceps, bigger quads & better sleep.
I am currently on day 15 - half way already. Hoorah!
Funds raised will contribute to the refurbishment project, building for the future and community of Hampton Pool.
