Story

On 10 September, World Suicide Prevention Day, Tom, our sons Kit, Rudy and Alby and I are joining the challenge to walk 1 million steps for Shout.

I work for Shout and Tom is a Shout Volunteer.

We'll be walking alongside Ben West, who lost his younger brother Sam to suicide.

Every 60 seconds, someone reaches out to Shout for support and has a conversation that could save their life.

£10 can pay for a conversation with someone in crisis

£25 can fund a clinician to provide expert supervision of conversations on Shout's digital mental health platform.

£250 can train a new Shout Volunteer to take life-saving conversations.

We'd be grateful for any donations to support the cause.
