💃🏼 Portadown Cares does Strictly 2024 🕺

Friday 1st March 2024 and Saturday 2nd March 2024

Mark and I are taking on our next big challenge in support of our wee Mollie; and this time we are really pushing outside our comfort zone and learning to dance. We will be competing in Portadown Care does Strictly 2024... because doing something like walk 100km would be easy in comparison!

Our beautiful daughter Mollie was diagnosed in Dec 2021 after we noticed she wasn’t hitting milestones and had began to lose skills. So much has been stollen from her since, but there is all to fight for. Gene therapy clinical trials are under way in Canada currently, with huge transformative success from initial data. Companies are bringing trials to the US and the UK imminently. This isn’t a pipe dream. It’s happening, we need to make sure we do all we can to drive this forward.

Rett Syndrome is a neurological condition which most often strikes previously healthy little girls between their first and second birthday, leaving them with multiple disabilities and medical complexities for life.. but Change is within reach. Please sponsor her mummy and daddy make eejits out of themselves on the dance floor.. support this cause and be a part of history when this disease is cured.
