We are Team Therapy at Bristol Children's Hospital, a group of dedicated Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists & Speech & Language Therapists working together to provide the best possible care to all patients who come through our doors. From Neurology to Oncology, NICU to PICU and Orthopaedics to Respiratory, we strive to help the children and families who require the most specialist care in the South West and beyond. However, in order to provide optimal care, we need your help! Our goal is to raise £25,000 for Wallace & Gromit's Grand Appeal. This will allow us to purchase specialist equipment, up-to-date technology and vital resources that will make a huge difference in the lives of our patients. I started running around 6 years ago and managed to work my way up to a 5k last year with the help of my family. This year I am attempting a 10k, with my younger son again persuading me to sign up and hopefully running along with me (once he has completed his marathon in April).

I am hoping to raise money for the Children’s Hospital where I have worked as a secretary for the past almost 25 years and in particular for Planet Therapy and hopefully the hydrotherapy pool which I understand needs repair/refurbishment. I am not aiming for a particular time just hoping to get around as best I can and raise as much money as I can.
