Hi Everyone,

I am taking part in the Cancer Focus Big 3 Event. I will be hiking Carruntoohil in Kerry, Lugnaquilla in Wicklow and Slieve Donard in Newcastle over 3 days (23rd to 25th August).

I hope I'm fit for the challenge but a few blisters and niggles will be nothing compared to the challenge people going through cancer face. I have supported Cancer Focus in many events before and I think it is a very worthwhile local charity.
