Edinburgh Food Project is asking people to donate £2 (the cost of an average Easter egg) to support people in crisis. All money raised will go towards helping the people who visit foodbanks across Edinburgh. Will you be a good egg this Easter?

Story

Edinburgh Food Project run foodbanks across Edinburgh - making sure people in crisis get the emergency food and essential advice that they need.

Instead of Easter Eggs, they are asking people to donate £2 (the cost of an average Easter egg) so that they can help Edinburgh citizens all year round.

We are holding a virtual Easter Egg 'colleggtion' and hope to be able to collect the equivalent of 50 eggs to stop people going hungry.

Will you donate £2 and be a good egg this Easter?
