Story
As most of you know our little 5 year old Kit has beautiful very long hair and in the last few weeks he has asked me if he can get it cut short like his big brother Tate.
The other day I sat with him and we spoke about getting our hair cut and where the hair goes and I spoke to him about The Little Princess Trust, a place where special people make wigs out of real hair for children and some of those children have the same illness as Daddy, cancer, and they have lost all of their hair because of their medicine. Straight away Kit said "can I give my hair to the children Mummy..." and he hasnt stopped talking about it since, telling everyone what he is doing and asking when Im booking his hair cut (hehe). Today we recieved his fundraising pack and he was so excited.
So its official Kit our little 5 year old is having his hair cut and donating it to The Little Princess Trust in the Summer Holidays and we are so so proud of him!!
Last year Kits Daddy, Lee at the age of 39 was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and we know first hand just how tough, heartbreaking and challenging living with cancer is, we can not imagine how difficult it must be for a child and their family and we would really like to be able to reach out and support these families in some way...
We are hoping that along with Kits donation of his hair, we can also raise some money for The Little Princess Trust, to not only help make the wigs but also to go towards Childhood Cancer Research.
So we please ask if you can get behind Kit in anyway, whether it be a donation of any size, a share of our page, or a high five if you see Kit to say well done to help support these beautiful little children and their families living with cancer.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.
The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
