Story
I have decided to take on my biggest challenge ever, to try and run for 26.2 miles!! I am raising money for Shooting Star children’s hospices as they have a very special place in my heart. When our beautiful daughter Annie passed away in 2017, a week before her first birthday, we were forced to face the unimaginable. Shooting Star children’s hospices supported us and got us through those first days after loosing Annie and have continued to support us.
I have been given a Gold Bond place to run for Shooting Stars in memory of Annie. I have been given a fundraising target of £2,500 which I really hope I can achieve.
I am NOT a runner and have been training hard to increase my fitness and stamina. I have an extremely long way to go but I’ve got to do this.
Please support me in this incredibly difficult challenge and help to raise money in memory of our beautiful Annie and to help such an important charity who help families at the worst time of their lives.
