I recently qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist and am passionate about Growing Hope's vision of providing free therapy and support for children and their families. So I'm running the Vitality London 10k - please help me find motivation by sponsoring me.

Growing Hope offers free therapy for children and young people with additional needs in partnership with local churches across the UK. Growing Hope High Wycombe serves children and families in High Wycombe. They bring hope to children through free therapy services. They grow hope for families where hope has been lost due to isolation or rejection. They share hope in Jesus because he brings hope even in the most difficult situations.

Growing Hope High Wycombe provides a range of therapies including occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, art therapy and music therapy to help children and young people reach their potential. They also provide support for parents, carers and siblings through groups and courses.

As an NHS speech and language therapist I know and research suggests that families aren’t getting the support they need on the NHS as services are currently stretched so stretched. Growing Hope aims to bridge the gap by providing support for families who are desperate for help. Each clinic costs £50,000 to run a year and they are entirely dependent on donations and grants. Please give what you can to help transform the lives of children with additional needs and their families.
