In March this year, our lives changed for good. My funny, caring and loving brother Dean, sadly took his life. I am doing this challenge in memory of my brother and all others suffering with mental health. CALM is an incredible charity and I wish my brother had found them when he was facing his darkest days.

I'm hoping this will help to raise awareness and will support CALM with the incredible work they do.
