Cycling 200 miles in October
We stand for everyone affected by dementia to find a cure

Story

I'm taking on a challenge this October and raising money for Alzheimer's Research UK. I used to work in the care industry and know how much this charity is relied on, so I wanted to do something to help. I recently took part in the cycle-to-work scheme, so I'm going to put that into the mix too. For those of you who know me, you know I'm not incredibly fit - last month I cycled 103 miles! That means I'm going to have to put in 100% more effort to get this done.

Alzheimer's Research UK is dedicated to causes, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and cure of dementia. With their passionate scientists and supporters, they're challenging the way people think about dementia and funding innovative science that will deliver a cure. My goal is to raise £200 for this amazing cause - please join me in supporting them! Together we can make a difference.
