If you are from Manchester you will be acutely aware of the hard work and efforts The Christie hospital undertake every day. However, in the last few months they have become very important to me and my family as their work has helped several people close to me not least my very own Welsh Dragon mother-in-law Mandy. Their tireless work, kindness and support should be recognised and as a perennial Charity Challenger I couldn't think of a more deserving cause to raise funds for.

So, with the help of the fundraising team at The Christie I will be embarking on a 4 day challenge to conquer the 3 highest peaks in mainland Spain this September.

I hope you can spare a few pounds to help me reach my target for this great cause.
