I will be cycling 100 miles to help raise as much money as possible for the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MND) in support of my old chum Simon who was recently diagnosed.

MND is a cruel disease and can affect how you walk, talk, eat, drink and breathe. Currently there is no cure. I want to help the MND Association to achieve their vision; a world free from MND. I would love your support, every penny counts.

£230 could fund the coordination of care for someone with MND at a Care Centre for a year

£500 could provide a tablet device with specialist communication software, allowing someone to communicate with loved ones
