In memory of my late fiancé, Fran, who passed away in July 2021 aged 33 following a 2 year cancer journey, I will be flying to Tanzania on 24th July to climb the world’s highest freestanding mountain, Kilimanjaro, to raise funds for Macmillan.

With approximately 1 in 2 people likely to be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lives, the work of charities such as Macmillan is not only close to my heart, it is vitally important. An incredible 98% of Macmillan's income comes from fundraising and voluntary donations. They simply could not be there for people living with cancer without this generosity.
