Acion Heart provides a cardiovascular rehabilitation service for 'local people' who have experienced a 'heart event' i,e. a heart attack, undergone heary surgery or suffer from heart disease of any kind. We are dedicated to the primary and secondary prevention of this disease. Our 12 month exercise and education programme enables our patients to return to normal everyday life much stronger, fitter and with a renewed confidence.
