Hey everyone! Did you know that 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in any one year? That's a lot of folks who could use some support. That's where Oxfordshire Mind comes in. They're doing amazing work, helping over 10,000 people with mental health challenges every year. They provide all sorts of services like housing, benefits advice, and even a free information line. And get this - they've got over 30 free, friendly, informal peer support groups across Oxfordshire! How cool is that? I feel this charity is more important than ever as we reflect on 2024, so let's keep talking!

So this Christmas I wanted to come together with the Hilton Garden Inn, Abingdon and celebrate with a Christmas Gig in support of Oxfordshire Mind and the amazing work they do!
