We are moving further, faster to help everyone affected by a brain tumour

Story

In 1996 my husband aged 39 was diagnosed with a large AVM ( brain mass) and was told he had 6 mths to live. My girls were 9-12. After 5 mths in hospital and 9 operations later he was told he would be likely be ok. He has had further treatment but is still here today.

Last year one of my best friends started to have odd symptoms and was diagnosed with a large butterfly glioma and from diagnosis to her death it was 3 mths.

Now a life member of our club has a brain tumour and is palliative

My eldest daughters friend has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour. It was at this point I felt that I needed to try and do something about this terrible condition.

Please help if you can and join me in fundraising to trying to find a cure.

Thank you

Christine
