On Saturday 20th April I’ll be walking a Marathon distance around Worcester- following the Wild About Worcester Way twice and a bit more. * Due to advice from a few friends this has now changed to cover the route poorly drawn on the cover photo!

I would like to raise as much as possible for West Mercia Rape & Sexual Abuse Support Centre. The Centre offers specialist support to the victims of rape and sexual violence. Services are free, confidential and non-judgemental and available to survivors who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives.

WMRSASC works with children and young people, aged between 5-18 years, who have been directly or indirectly impacted by sexual abuse. WMRSASC Branch Project Workers support young people who have experienced Child Sexual Exploitation ( CSE ) or at risk of exploitation .They empower young people to understand grooming and exploitation online and off-line. Branch project workers listen without judgement and accept the young person for who they are and support them with issues they might be facing .

Branch Project workers are based throughout Worcester Hereford and Shropshire.
