UPDATE - Despite it being the hottest day of the year so far, and Gloucester city centre packed with people because of the Pride Festival and the finish of the Tour of Britain race, we managed to visit 15 Churches! (with lots of rest stops for water/squash, and cake!)

Many thanks to those who have donated already, either on line or in person - we've just over £100 so far.Thousands of people take part in Ride+Stride every year to raise funds to support their local churches and county historic churches trusts.

Paddy and I are taking part again this year, in support of St Paul's Shurdington and the GHTC.

Many of you will know that Paddy's mobility is limited now; so we have abandoned our usual country walk, as it's full of stiles, and will be taking a flat route around Gloucester visiting as many Historic churches as we can manage!
