We Support individuals with Motor Neurone to Improve quality of life

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On April 6th, I will be participating in the London Landmark Half Marathon running 13.1 miles/ 21km in a closed road event that loops all around London from Big Ben to the Tower of London and back via many other landmarks on the way.

I am running on behalf of AIG to raise money for Challenging MND who help provide financial support and assistance to those living with Motor Neurone Disease. MND is a rapidly progressing, fatal condition that affects the body and spinal cord whilst the mind remains sharp and unaffected. There is currently no cure for this dreadful disease and every year 1,100 people in the UK are diagnosed, with average prognosis only 27 months.

Your support will help motivate me through my training on cold damp winter mornings and any donations will help encourage me on the day itself!

Thank you for your support and generosity.
