We are dependent on the natural world in every aspect of our lives. The air that we breathe. The water we drink. The food we eat. Our physical and mental health.

Yet it needs our help, now more than ever. Our climate is in crisis and many species face extinction.

So, as a team, we've decided to take on the Running Wild 5K challenge! We are raising vital funds for Essex Wildlife Trust; the county's leading conservation charity. They are committed to protecting wildlife and the wild places of Essex, and inspiring a lifelong love of nature.
