On the 5th August, Jeff and I were heartbroken to lose our beautiful friend, Sue Ashfield. Sue was an exceptionally special lady and we were so lucky to have had her in our lives.

Sue's last days were spent at the Sue Ryder Hospice, Bedford and we witnessed first-hand the amazing work they do. Their specialist teams provide expert and compassionate care so that people can spend their last days surrounded by family, friends and love.

In memory of Sue and to raise funds for this amazing charity, Jeff and I are taking part in the Sue Ryder Starlight 10K Hike in Bedford. Any contribution, however, small will be so very much appreciated.
