I have worked for Sussex Community NHS Trust for many years, in fact over 20years. I have wanted to do more for my patients and also to prove to myself that I can step out of my comfort zone. So here I am, about to step out of the i360 on a rope! That's 138metres drop, at twilight, on World Mental Health Day.
